1. Return Period
You have the right to return products purchased from Phraxellvyvorg within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This right applies to unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
